Planet Fitness Worldwide Headquarters in Newington, NH is searching for a Member Services Representative for our Member Call Center.
In this role, the Member Services Representative manages and controls calls and emails through the corporate office for all Planet Fitness locations regarding customer service, franchise owner/manager inquiries and call forwarding.
### Essential duties and
Responsibilities:
Field and manage all calls and emails for all Planet Fitness clubs.
Provide excellent and professional customer service to all members and franchise owners/managers.
Forward calls to appropriate departments within the office.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
1-3 years of customer service experience
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with others
Typing/Grammar/Spelling skills
Experience with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel)
Ability to work in a team environment and problem solve as a group and individually

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
