Planet Fitness Worldwide Headquarters in Newington, NH is searching for a Visionary Support Specialist for our Operations Support Call Center.
In this role, the Visionary Support Specialist answers and returns calls and e-mails from Corporate, Franchise Owner/Manager and internal operations team members, regarding operational issues related to the Point of Sale (POS) system used in over 825 clubs.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Field, manage and resolve calls and e-mails for all Planet Fitness clubs.
Work collaboratively with Franchise Development and Operations teams, IT/IS, Member Services, Finance and related vendors.
Respond quickly and thoroughly to comments and concerns on various POS features and functionality, operational best practices, networking and equipment as tied into the POS system.
Provide excellent and professional customer service to all team members, corporate operations and franchise owners/managers.
Qualifications/Requirements
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
1-3 years of customer service experience in a contact center environment
High volume call processing
Technical Support experience preferred
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with others
Typing/Grammar/Spelling skills
Experience with Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel)
Ability to work in a team environment and problem solve as a group and individually
Physical Demands
Sitting at the computer the majority of the day in an office environment
Standing and walking less than 30% of the time
Lifting up to 20lbs
